- My name is Deanna Frost. I grew up in Courtice and now live in Oshawa. After graduating from the Ontario College of Art and Design in 2008, with a Bachlors degree in Painting and Drawing, I decided to combine my artistic talent and my love of baking into a business- and so Frosting Sweetly Baked Treats was born! Without any formal training in the culinary arts, I have used my passion, creativity, and dedication into creating innovating and beautiful baked goods, from personalized cookies to my signiture painted cakes.
