Happy Birthday Ruth

Its Ruth's Birthday! She wanted a very very chocolate cake, and thats what she got! A chocolate cake that tasted more like brownie, chocolate fudge icing and a nice thick coating of white chocolate!

Mmmmm sugar cookies are delicious but even better when you add chocolate!

Amanda and Craigs Wedding Cake

Quite the little drama, this cake took two days to make, partly because the fondant all MELTED OFF during the night and I had to restart from scratch! But the finished product turned out perfect!
